Eco-Clubs in the Lavender Garden

LAVENDER GARDEN

Eco-Club

The **Eco-Clubs** are regular community events where, with the help of experts, participants explore specific issues related to environmental and nature protection across various topics. The young participants gain theoretical knowledge and seek practical answers to current environmental challenges and opportunities for social engagement. The club places great emphasis on outdoor activities. In developing basic competencies, teachers, children, and parents take part in playful sessions, learning about the importance of home-grown culinary and medicinal herbs, their uses, and the tasks involved in cultivating them.

During the program, all the garden’s play equipment can be freely used, including: giant trampoline, various outdoor skill-development games, darts, table football, ring toss, gym mats, giant drawing boards, ping-pong, hula hoops, seesaw, and a wooden playground. Optional craft activities: making lavender sachets and lavender candles, bracelet making, painting pictures, decorating picture frames, learning glitter tattoo art, creating iron-on bead designs, and painting plaster figures. Lunch: grilled hamburger or grilled hot dog. Children are our guests for a glass of lavender syrup!
